You can do that very thing right now.
You simply link the repayments of your Afterpay purchases to your own credit card.
Afterpay will take out the initial payment of 25% and then in 3 further fortnightly repayments directly from your credit card.
By doing this you stretch the payments out much further than just using a normal credit card. The purchase is strung out over two credit card cycles.
The added bonus is Afterpay allows a greater spending limit if the account is linked to a credit card rather than a everyday account.
I literally signed up to Afterpay whilst waiting in line at a Rebel store one day, by the time i was at the counter it was ready to go.
Now I just press the app hit the refresh barcode icon and give it to the sales assistant. Just as easy as a credit card if not easier as I always have my phone in my hand!
