the business is simple: sign the lease with the landlord, spend the money to improve/renovate the office space: this part will not appear in the income statement, but in the balance sheet and cash flow; sub-lease to their clients. There is nothing new in this industry. if you really do compare with their peers, you will know the profitability of the company is purely based on accounting method they adopt.
