No major holders (ie. Glencore, IGO, Linc) are dumping but they are not adding to their positions either. I think after the production expansion you may see more aggressive buying and see a 50% increase in the price.
In my opinion, at current prices, the upside outweighs the downside risk. Many other junior companies have far less in terms of prospects and almost none of them are actually profitable and producing.
