The large sell order is purely to help accumulate IMO. No News coming from management and a larger player wants to capitalise on this and buy more shares.

Large Cap order goes in at 3.90. All other sellers must go below to sell. Hey presto, the crumbs fall to the lap of the buyer. In this case, the same people who have the cap in, but they are picking the crumbs up for less and at there own pace.

As soon as an earth shattering announcment comes out, bingo, while the stock is still in pre NR, whammy, the sell order gets pulled.
