Is an investor phone conference the correct way to disclose? Aren't financially material developments supposed to be disclosed by way of official ASX releases? Unless I'm mistaken there isn't one dated June 12 for K2f. The rise appears to have predated the formal ASX announcement but have been based on knowledge material to the financial performance of the company.
