As 28four77 alluded to a day or so ago, the SP has to rise before a take over becomes an attractive offer for shareholders. Sure that a 12 cent or better offer is much better than 5 cents.
Yes, anyone who has pushed the SP down will get a great benefit in a take over situation if they are the ones undertaking that. When we see a flurry of huge buys, we will know that the game is on.
