Good on you Joel for posting some info that is based around fact and not speculation.
Nickel hasn't been heading in the right direction and will put some people off. (Monograms comment looks spot on)
I don't believe HC should be for up ramping only.
By lighting a fire under Joel, you place the focus on Nickel and probably scare some people off, when this is only part of the story. Support fellow members ... don't knock them.
