    Just for people's interest; Note: I can still be wrong ...

    If a substantial holder wants to acquire more than 20%, they need to announce a takeover bid. So, any buy does not have to be a BIG, but can be gradual and quietly creeping to 20%. Note that (please check as I may be wrong on this too) there is a 45 day window before change of substantial holding has to be announced.
