as we already knews by the last ann, we are still in the boggy patch and slowly working through it. To expect a miracle ann this quarter? let alone this year, well i'd take it but i was never holding my breath.

The only real reason Wadell needs to go is to stop the two cent critism he cops.. but then again maybe thats just contained within the microcosm of this thread. I believe he should take a pay cut, perhaps place less emphisis on his salary and more on incentives and bonuses but to be honest, doesn't matter who's at the helm, if there more gold there to found, its there; if there not well theres not. And thats what will rocket this company, new finds. As i've said i still believe the potential is there with current activities to double, maybe triple from this level but for the real shine we need successful exploration on this vast tenemant.
