JohnnathanC has met Will Scott. It was the day that he dropped in on Will and I at the Mt Sholl Gold Leases by helicopter. A day that changed a lot of peoples lives and was the start of me working out we had conglomerate hosted gold. This is before Novo came on the scene.
In a very tough time for me personally and Artemis, after I came into the company in 2015 and then spent it in the Wardens Court trying to hold on to all of Artemis’s projects from a Plaint, in 2016 Will Scott got a variant of a Tribute agreement to help me work out the geology at Mt Sholl and get Artemis back on the road. This could have been a total disaster, but we both worked out we could work together, and that is when you build trust. It was the start of the turn around of the company.

When we got 47 K Patch granted I shifted Will down there. There were two parts to this. To keep prospectors out so that only Artemis got the gold and information. The other key part was trying to work out the geology, and get a little gold, but to work out how to predict where the gold is. The gold looked like Purdy’s Reward, but significantly bigger. That has proved to be very challenging, and Will has helped with CSIRO, to come up with a strategy. The whole aim is to work out scale and can we commercialise the project above a 1man show.

Every gram of gold Will has recovered, is in a vault in Perth. We also have hours of daily videos from every day Will is in the field. I should put some of this on our website.
The problem with gold, you can’t trust everyone. It makes thieves out of good people. So trusted relationships are important.
Someone once told me “ The only time you know when a prospector is telling the truth is when he says the other prospector is a liar”

I hope to have new news from 47 K soon.

I have to LOL that dig at the end about some people posting here. I did suggest to Ed that he puts out an ASX update on patch 47, so it is good to see this will be happening.

For those that are member of the SAG Ed replied to the questions I asked him.
