Hi mate good sentiment that is what people don't always understand with BHP. I have been trading it for years and it seems to set a range of volatility which it stays within and then it leaps up to another level. the only rule to follow with BHP is never to short it. it is always at risk of breaking up and leading the market. there is years of growth there. I have seen it first hand and the operations are staggering. compare it to the financials (which may be a good buy shortly) which have fallen and fallen and fallen some more. compare it to other product and service companies, IT companies etc which are all boom and busters. BHP will outlast me. wonderful investment. wait till US picks up and then BHP will keep rising. good luck
