passive i never said long term investors would sell but if you look at the abs data there has been a rising trend in the past 8 years of people who joined the property bandwagon as investors and speculators. they will move on and sell just like any other asset class when the returns no longer justify holding
you sound very emotional.... you wouldn't have a lot of debt would you?
