It is also worthwhile mentioning that RXH's cash was reported to have only 0.12 mil left. This means they will likely need another CR or another unsecured loan from Mr. Deep Pocket again. So it would be a selling point for CR with the acquisition plan if they could have a clear indication of fees received from the service deal and the revenue/profit level of PL.
