The best value gold mining company right now? That is a very tough question to ask. I do have the March quarterly summary report on my website under the Research Insights page. That report was based on data in late May and some of the companies have moved quite a bit since.
At present, I think the undervalued companies based on the information available include AMI, BLK (very speculative), DCN (very speculative), MML, PRU, RMS. Worth checking them out though they have their idiosyncratic risks.
