People aren’t buying stock in this company because they believe in it. They are buying shares only to trade and make a quick buck. That’s the stock market. The only way to get rich in this stock is multiple trades as it rises and falls, because long term I don’t think there much in this. Previously 23c, management changes galore, shutdown, poor cobalt prices, unreachable cobalt makes this a day traders game stock.
