The same thing is done by the same groups when they are pumping stocks being any reasonable measures. A share hits $1, and they challenge each other to see if they can fool the 'weak' investors into buying it up to $3. Then someone shouts 'I bet we can pump it to $10'. So now people like colinchi throw out 50c targets for GXY. And a bunch of us sit back and laugh. Can so many people who consider themselves smart and well informed be easily swindled? Absolutely.
