With MR Wood’s statements, I will be very disappointed if board members and management did not oversubscribe in the Rights issue.
With the number of things on the go at the moment. It gives all of them the best way of increasing there holding without fear of insider trading.
As to not knowing about the holdings by spouses, children and superannuation funds. This could be handled by a general statement form the board.
Regarding CMR what are the odds of them going all the way and producing metal on site not just concentrate.
