This is where ASIC/ASX are clearly deficient.

More forensic investigation by ASIC/ASX could have identified potential causes for concern well in advance of the requirement of a class action.

So either ASIC/ASX are not enforcing continuous disclosure obligations, or the class action is clearly barking up the wrong tree.

Interesting to see the outcome maybe a class action against ASIC/ASX would be more appropriate?
