If the funds arrive tomorrow then it makes a mockery of BBB decisions to gift LSI 6m shares with no conditions. IMO, the LSI deal was stitched up at very short notice when it became apparent Chia wasn't playing ball, hence the gifted shares, when really it was not required.
Anyway, I could be wrong.
