It's not about the decision to mine, It's about the cr to settle the tenements they intend to mine.
They need to raise funds, finalise the purchase of Indee, then get on with exploration long before mining.
There is still a pfs then a bfs along with plenty of funds to raise.
Mining will be around late 2020.
