$1 will return if MYR does a buyback or pay a divi.
I expect this to happen this half if they make solid cashflow.
MYR is reducing capex. By closing stores yet claiming depreciation. The depreciation charge is higher than capex.
Hence a lot of free caahflow and minimises tax on profits creating more cash in the kitty.
TBH Myer does not need a lot of stores. It needs key stores and low deliveey costs to compete. Free deliver at $49 is good idea.
Not sure how much lower it can go. Maybe free delivery for VIP myeeone holders who spend over $5k a year at myers.
