there's no right or wrong answer for TA, it's only a prediction based on past, so it can be right or wrong.
if you held a stock bacause of FA, and when TA shows negative sign, do you sell or hold? if you're a trader or only look at TA you will, but you are in for FA then you will likely to hold or offload some based on TA.
for other stock, it's FA is strong and everything is progressing well, so why should I get out when it has strong FA? just like your LTR, right?
so, get the focus back on TA/charting, and don't expect to see only bullish chart, there always will be bearish chart.
