i recal watching a lateline business about 6 weeks ago, and agree that ugc can be tricky, and the technique to extract it varies from coal and seal type to one another.

US tried to apply us coal type techniques here and failed, so can be tricky.

But CTL, no problem, dig it up a process it.

The only issue, may come about from carbon capture, but that applies to all ctls,

another ctl i hold that may interest is glf, looking to 60,000 nopd 50-50 jv in vietnam, wont be any carbon capture greenies over there, wouldn't think.
