Ann: CardieX Update on the Acquisition of 50.5% of inHealth, page-59

I was a bit taken back with the Ann but the follow up explanation cleared everything up. The deal was signed (big news) shortly CDX will have 40 + percent of the Co then 51percent,revenue expected from the getgo but the major (and it has to be a major major) wanted it under wraps for now or it could have affected the whole deal. I think we were very lucky that our 7 percent made it possible to claim it was not material and slide out of a situation of identifying them that could have caused significant damage to the deal. Could have been a lot more troublesome if this Ann had been next month.
