Hi Deepdiver,
Just looking for clarification;
I just read the June 3 announcement outlining the points in the Framework Agreement and wondered if the $1m compensation for the expenditure JRV has incurred in the past - I assumed this would be made 3 weeks after any Cooperative Agreement JRV sign with China Rail/Jiaming leading up to October - not necesarily paid 3 weeks after the recent Framework Agreement signed in late May.
I might be interpreting the point incorrectly - any clearing up welcome.
