The 10 year agreement signed between BHP and Baosteel in Feb is already more flexible and indexed. I am assuming that they are trying to extend this type of agreement. They are already a long way there. BHP is very careful and considered in it's approach. ie knowing your customer. This has been years in the making, not a couple of weeks. Let's wait and see.
