correct..but this goes back alot further than the last few months. He started losing it ever since he failed to win his old company (Consolidated Minerals) back last year. Shooting from the hip, ignoring legal advisers, pulled into line by the Takeoever panel for false and misleading statements against the Consmin Board and management, mouthing off to the media on some desparate fantasy about cutting a deal with the Ukrainians to run Consmin's Woodie Woodie mine (when they wouldn't touch him with a barge pole, and with perfectly good management already in place), blaming everyone around him, including previous MON MD who clearly inherited a poison chalice...downward spiral.. rather sad
