Just a heads up, most commercial contracts contain clauses for either party to not disclose contents of the agreement to any outside parties (other than relevant authorities, or legal/financial reps).
Not saying this may be the case here (or if you are simply being ignored), but I wouldn't get too wrapped up in thinking you'll get the reply you're after because it may contravene the commercial agreement between the parties.
Plus, why would they provide any sort of information (other than a rep from MXC, or vice versa) to some unknown person?
