I didn't quite understand the 249D. @ryobal you are holding ~5%, which is enough for a board seat. How does this guarantee directorship?
Also, I think it is fair, when you (Ryan) have a chance to publically answer (ie. here) Tony Barber's questions. I think it is also fair for you to write "no comment" as you see fit.
Note that I am not currently holding RFN. I am about to head to Peru, so I have sold almost all my portfolio (I was in at 0.004 and out at 0.005 and have done well previously on RFN so am not disgruntled).
