2ic, you raise some good points. Spec co's that are outperforming in bear markets (ie flat / rising) are always worth putting on a watchlist.

Since we agree it has great potential, we shouldn't expect cheaper prices ... it never seems logical to me to believe that a 38c stock could be $2 or more, but it is 5c overvalued at 38c ... of course, buying after rallies is hard, but it is entirely possible that market will never value the stock at 35c again, and we ourselves believe that there is significant potential ahead ...
