the 249D was submitted because of how RFN has been run into the ground. The list of people and voting shares was a significant number and I know it will increase. @Lo2018 makes a good point.

After I talked with an ex-RFN employee about David and the business it acted as catalyst for me to proceed with the 249D (it was going ahead without my shares) in addition to having opportunities to take on cash generating business activities and genuinely wanting to turn this around.
