Hutchley - the ann 21 May 2008 says - "The contractual terms are being finalised" FINALISED being the operative word. I'd say it's pretty close. These contracts are a bit more complex than signing a contract for a mobile phone, and hence take a bit more time.


Further to the ASX announcement dated 19 March 2008, MKY wishes to advise the market that it has continued the negotiations to acquire an increased number of prospective uranium tenements plus a significant number of large prospective bauxite exploration areas in North Queensland.
The contractual terms are being finalised and the market will be advised as soon as possible. As yet, a date for completion cannot be estimated
