I see no value in investing in AVL. I always track stocks that I held once. How they play out gives me feedback. There are always lessons to be learned even for people like me who sold near the highs.
On the point about removing the director - I've discovered that it's often better just to cut losses, learn from them, vow never to repeat and move on.
