Key points:

1.We believe results for the first half of fiscal 2008 (six months ended December 31, 2007), reported on February 29,
2008, were consistent with the Company meeting or exceeding our full 2008 fiscal year estimates.

2.In addition, there has been a flow of
announcements that confirm the Company's progress in commercializing its technologies.

Point 1: TZ could have exceeded in the first 6months, Dutton's expectations for the whole 12 months.

Point 2: AND, on top of this, since the beginning of H2, we have to account for all of the announcements i.e Larson, Hafele, Interxion.


I agree with mm that it is very likely we will have some news. IMO...it will be big and will be in a matter of days.
