I didn't know we weren't on speaking terms!

From what i last heard most brickies were on $1.10 in WA, i could be wrong though. It's 1.35 in Victoria for volume builders and around 1.40 to 1.50ish private builders/owner builders, pending how desperate they are, that's what i was getting a couple months ago anyway. From what i could tell it was starting to slow down a bit in Victoria too so those prices may drop.

Will be really interesting to see how they're going to charge their jobs out.

I'm pretty much out of the trade now as of last month so i unfortunately i won't have any idea of prices in the future.
