Hi everyone,
Cannot beleive that I missed this point when I did my research before.
If everyone can look back at page 13 of Nkwe recent presentation
Nkwe using the following assumptions came up with a $US9 billion NPV
Long Term Platinum Prices- $1460 per ounce
Long Term Cost- $900 per ounce (includes ongong CAPEX)
life of Mine - 50 years
Production- 1 million ounce per annum
10% of $9 billion is $900 million
Since this is based upon production and the reserves are only up to an inferred stage then 25%of this value would be taken into account.
25% of $900million = $225 million
IGC has 185 million shares, with $12million cash to be added in its options conversion (60 million options @20cents)
Total Value- $237million
Fully Diluted Share Price - $1.28
Any other thoughts from other HC posters?
