The good news is that NTA for Villa World is still around the bid price of $2.345 per share.
As at 31st Dec'19 NTA was $2.31 per share and add in the net profit for H2 and we have NTA around bid the indicative price.

The other good news is that the LNP won the election and will be much better for the property market than Labor would ever have been. As evidence of that last week it has been reported that CBA processed more new mortgages in the prior week than for the whole six months prior.

Property buying activity is kicking in and in the medium term will help restore property transactions back to a more normal (higher) level.

Villa World have many great real estate projects especially Donnybrook and the future is very rosy with or without AVID.
