Besides the questions of how long will it take to get trials for this up and running,ethics approval,costs etc.
I am very curious as to how the clinical trial will be designed.
The selection criteria may be interesting as you would want to filter out stoners and others who maybe consuming cannabis for whatever is ailing them.
Besides that how many arms to the study?
What measured outcomes will be presupposed?
How psychoactive will the ingredients tested be? Ratio of CBD to THC. This is probably very important regards blinding.
How long will subjects be exposed for?
Will previous exposure to cannabis have a any effect on results?

Maybe I'm overthinking it a bit but I don't think its going to be as easy as some of us believe.
