I've been thinking about the CR, IMO it would have taken a few weeks to get the new board lined up and to square away these sophs. Given that an argument could be made that the CR was actually done at a premium......but its irrelevant now.

Just been doing some background searches and I'm getting pretty excited with who we have involved in BD1 now.
These dudes are very serious deep pocketed investors.
Jeffrey Emmanuel that just bought 92.5 million shares in the CR.

The other link I found is UBS have been buying of late and Emmanuel was managing director, head of equities Australia for UBS, see above.
David Williams { Moggs creek } bought 68 million.
Some very serious investors have just hit our little BD1......I doubt they are here for the fun of it.

Johnston and Powell our 2 new boar members and David Williams all joined Polynovo in 2014 so that ties up that connection. Both new directors have underwritten $100k in the rights issue so could end up with 5 million each but while the sp is looking good they may miss out.
