That would essentially be "reacquire" since Skin Pty. Ltd. is fundamentally the successor company to NovoSkin, formerly owned 80% by PolyNovo and 20% by Dr. Greenwood. Under the terms of deal of a few years ago, PolyNovo bought out Dr. Greenwood's interest in both NovoSkin and NovoWound. That brought BTM 100% under PolyNovo, and Dr. Greenwood could pursue the CCS outside PolyNovo. All history. I posted the link to the old announcement on another thread.
Don't look for CCS to come back in. The business is too different in its nature. It would be a diversion and a distraction.
