this is the essence of what I said before I was TOUed by irate ANZ longs earlier this month:

the chart (not me) is calling a $13 to $15 target in the medium term...the problem the bank will have then is that IF (I say if) it needs at that point in time, to raise additional equity to bolster its balance sheet it would need to price the issue at a circa 20% discount to market...note other banks in UK have issued at larger discounts in the last few months.

So assuming the target of $15 (at best) or $13 (at worst) is valid (as per the chart, not me) this suggests any equity raising then would need to be priced at circa $11 to $12.

Note: this is only a scenario for you ANZ longs and I am not suggesting it will happen...what the probability is, who knows...but it is possible.
