"We are still in discussion with our main partner (Cominiere) to secure additional equity from them on similar terms. Cominiere as with all parastatal entities in the DRC, are currently under "suspension of signature authority" following the presidential elections.. Its hoped that will be soon lifted and a positive outcome to purchase further equity in the project, as discussed to date with Cominiere, can soon be achieved for AVZ"

Yep, looking good, with 5% off of Dathomir and say 5/10% off Cominiere.....what do we get? a funding deal for 10-15% of the company in lieu of dilution. This is what ive been hoping for.....would be the perfect scenario in AVZ 60% retention of the project but drawing funds in and not diluting the crap out of shareholders.

The poor terms of the CR do still haunt me. Worlds largest hardrock resource...lets just hope Nigel can pull the terms to match
