pos1963. I'm with you re the tea leaves. Everything that has happened in this month is perfectly logical, understandable and predictable.
Great ann on 3 JUNE spikes SP, more than doubles SP (in JUNE), punters, traders AND holders, take the (wonderful) opportunity to crystalize some capital gains, with the SP dropping as a result. But, in last 7 days trading, only 28 million turnover and SP is now 40% below the spike peak, BUT, is still 50% the pre spike SP. We've had that Bonus issue 4 cents, payment of due debts @ 4.2 and 4.3, a CR @ NINE cents, and EOFY all in a matter of 11 trading days in JUNE!!! And we've still got this week to go, with all the same conditions!!
BUT, we then have the human factor entering this last week, FOMO, will I wait for the SP to drop lower so I, as beisha says, can have an exponential return if the SP goes below 6, but, unlike beisha, who will still be happy if it doesn't go below 6 as he has "enough", others who do not have "enough", will they be prepared to sit it out and passively wait for the SP to go lower?? I doubt it, they can see those few anns on the horizon, can't they? FOMO!!
Let's see, there are still very many who have made very good profits from LKE this month and if they are holding losses from other trades, including in LKE, if they did their sums properly, will be loath to not offset those losses in 2018/2019 when they were given that super opportunity on 3 June.
We are still talking SP's with a MC of less than $30 million!! We haven't even started to see what the market will do with this company, so talking pennies and making huge analyses of the SP at this level, is quite irrelevant (unless, of course, you are a ST opportunistic punter- and as Seinfeld would have said, there's nothing wrong with that).
