Makes common sense. If you're going to do multi-million dollar deals, it's best to have experts advising you. The legal aspects alone would be daunting for a small company like Artemis. Especially if you're receiving multiple offers for the same asset. For Paterson, how do you put a value on that with nothing drilled. Could be worth millions given there's 7 anomalies from the recent radar scan. What's Mumi-muni worth? What figure would you put of 50% of Purdy's Reward? Looks like Carlow Castle is the future of Artemis.
