I'd say that the market has no faith in the bid either because of the large number of conditions or because it is a proportional bid which leaves you locked in for 55% of your shares.

These proportional bids are fairly rare and rarely well received.

The company has today announced that the ASX has given it another six months to find a business/activity.

The company will not be suspended on 30 June 2008. This is good news for all shareholders.
