Some very good information shared by others on here about todays AGM and I think most walked away feeling the UK market was going to be the surprise package .

Company is keeping its cards very guarded about what they can or cannot share but with the 4 other investors I shared lunch with after the AGM, we all came to the same conclusion, that long term we will be a medium size business with the main revenue coming from recurring revenue and the UK market will be a lot bigger than any of us imagined at first.

Main area we are concentrating in will be China, USA and UK, which I mentioned the other day on the other thread. Any one of these will be a market maker on their own, combine the 3 up and running and you have a a new major player in the market.

We were told CFDA can take up to 3 years, lucky we have already done 2 of those years already and the green channel helps with the final stages. On saying that, they will not commit to any time frame and could come as early as tomorrow but in reality, I'm thinking another 2 months.

Brendan struggled at times and went around in loops when he couldn't answer direct questions and pleaded the non executive director or not in the operational side of things to be able to answer, but overall, he did his job and full credit to him

Nasdaq listing going ahead but no time frame to list. May still come by end of July or early August is where I am thinking. They are holding it back at present and there are many reasons this could be but it will list in good time and that is what we as share holder need to focus on.

UK market, we were told there are 6 staff members, I have heard there are 5, so give or take one , we have a good footprint in the UK setting up shop.

My source has told me, we are dealing with HCA Health Group in the UK. Brendan mentioned about clinical trials being done in UK but will need to re-visit my notes on what was discussed there.

Overall there was a good turn out at AGM and plenty of questions asked.

I'm content with where everything is heading and happy to keep holding, For a start up company they have achieved a lot to get to this stage and I acknowledge communication has been below par but they are trying to enter numerous markets with new technology and dealing with govt approvals, they have no control over.

ASX, NASDAX and HK are the only 3 stock exchanges we will be listed on in the future.
