The idea was originally supposed to be that the 1st stage would produce massive amounts of cash to fund stage 2 expansion which has clearly not happened due to lower recoveries, lower prices and higher Zinc TCs/discounts.

Combine that with a view that zinc prices will be weaker due to growth concerns. The weakening AUD should shield some of the impact of the lower prices.

You obviously haven't read that the Company has already secured $100m in two loans from Verde, some which would be used for the expansion, I'd expect.

So why are you saying the biggest short term risk is a large cap raising to progress to stage 2 - mill expansion & possible hard rock mining
