Very bad timing to release the announcement while Trump and Xi are just about to renegotiate the trade deal.
This is as bad as PM8 which was put in trading halt while all REE stocks were flying 3 weeks ago.
Sometimes timing is the key... if the management could finalise this deal one month earlier, things would have been much more favorable for shareholders.
