Mixed feelings. There is no doubt that things are tighter in some areas and opportunities will arise - unfortunately at someones elses expense. There will be more forced sales but we have not seen the wholesale price drop clearly evident in other asset classes.There will be more isolated desparate sales.Alot of the bad press is supposition and an assumption that there is wholesale panic going on.The figures don't support this. The ASX has very clear proof of huge capital and dividend erosion.
Bit of integrity in assessing matters would be nice.
