All sounds good but I personally don't like these deal structures were a director of your company makes applications for licenses using a private company and then introduces these to the public vehicle for personal profit. As these assets all seem to be applications, why were the applications not made in LOD's name in the first instance ... and for 100% ? (btw: it's a rhetorical question)
I have watched this one for some time out of a romantic interest for the old Mt Morgan minesite. I hope you all manage to make a killing just the same.
